Payment
Winters Wellness Center is an insurance-free, cash-pay practice. Prices are published on the pricing page. The first visit is $150. When your first visit is confirmed we place a $150 hold on a card on file to secure the time; that hold is applied to your first visit, and no card is collected on this website. We do not write medical reports. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds.
Requesting a visit
Submitting a request on this website does not book an appointment. A member of our team confirms a date and time with you by text or phone. You may reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment at no cost up to 24 hours before; inside 24 hours, please call so the time can go to someone else.
Right of rescission
You may rescind any payment made to the practice within 72 hours of making it, for a full refund, no questions asked. Contact the office at (270) 554-2141 or info@winterswellness.com.
Text messages
By providing your mobile number you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Winters Wellness Center. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help.
Privacy
Information you provide through this website is used to schedule and deliver your care and to communicate with you about it. Form submissions are stored by our website host and in our practice-management system, and are sent to info@winterswellness.com. Health information is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices (PDF), also available at the office. We do not sell your information.
