Dr. Michael Winters, DC
Founder · Palmer College ’83 · Since 1984 — 42+ years in Paducah · Master QNRT Practitioner
His own health crisis as a college athlete — antibiotics left him with debilitating fatigue and brain fog that forced him out of school — led him to chiropractic, and to a recovery through adjustments, dietary change and nutrition that reshaped how he practices. He graduated with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1983, opened the Paducah practice in 1984, and has spent the years since on the complex, long-standing cases other providers gave up on: autoimmune disorders, chronic illness, conditions traditional medicine struggled to address.
He still pursues hundreds of hours of advanced training each year on spinal nerve stress, organ stress and brain stress. He and his wife Debbie enjoy cycling and time with their 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
“The most common issue I see is a plan to treat the disease, but no plan to restore health.”
