How it works · Your second visit
Before your Report of Findings — autoimmune.
Your second visit is the Report of Findings. The doctor has reviewed your history, your exam and any testing, and sits down with you to explain what was found, what it means, and what a plan to restore your health would look like — with a schedule and a total. Nothing is decided for you; the plan is a recommendation and the conversation is yours.

How to get the most from it
- Bring your decision-maker. If a spouse or family member shares in health decisions, bring them. Plans are easier to say yes to together.
- Bring your questions. Write them down beforehand; the visit is for you.
- Allow about 20 minutes, longer if testing was extensive.
- Long-distance? Exam before lunch, Report of Findings after — same day.
If your findings point to autoimmunity
Your Report of Findings will walk through the HIDN® picture: whether thyroid antibodies were present, what the gut and detoxification testing showed, and how the nervous system is holding. Autoimmune plans are built in phases — calm the immune system, remove what is provoking it, restore function — and the Report of Findings sets out phase one with its schedule and total. How a care plan is priced
Care plans are priced per plan at your Report of Findings, and your first-visit fee is already behind you. No surprises mid-stream. Pricing →
