I want to briefly summarize some very interesting observations by a neurologist regarding vitamin D and sleep. Forward this to someone you know who does not sleep well.

Boosting your vitamin D levels may in turn boost your odds of successful weight ( fat ) loss. Studies are showing those with lower vitamin D levels are more likely to have increased abdominal and subcutaneous fat. Also that those with higher vitamin D may even lose weight easier. Could this be one more reason it is so easy to gain weight in the wintertime. Let's look at this association a little deeper.
