How are my gut symptoms and adrenals connected ?

You have gas, bloating, indigestion, constipation or diarrhea, fatigued and stressed. How are your gastrointestinal problems and your adrenals connected?
Here is the connection. We get chronically stressed and our adrenals get fatigued and the adrenal hormone production is lowered. This affects our immune system in our gut by lowered levels of something called secretory IgA. This sIgA is found in the mucous lining of our gut and protects us form microbial organisms. With this sIgA lowered we can easily pick up infections in our gut. This could be anything from H. Pylori- the bacteria known to cause ulcers to a number of different parasites.

So if someone has significant gastrointestinal symptoms it is likely that we need to test both their gut for infections and their adrenals. Treatment is likely to involve an adrenal correction program for a couple of months to get the immune system strong in the gut and then treatment of the actual gut infections. If we work with the adrenals first then because the immune system is so strong it is much easier to knock out the chronic gut infections.

Many, many people health issues involve both adrenal fatigue and chronic inflammation from hidden infections in the gut. We have very advanced  lab testing using DNA analysis to find these hidden gut infections. We also have a lab with outstanding accuracy in testing the adrenal fatigue. If we deal with these two issues many otherwise unresponsive health conditions can improve and people can begin to live a level of health they could not before imagine.
